Q1 2026 Construction Update:

• Q1 ’26 construction at the LPE-01 Lancaster Campus conversion project focused on structural reinforcement, interior slab work and MEP install.
• Roof reinforcement and structural deck replacement advanced.
• Interstitial steel installation within the building continued to progress.
• Building envelope work continued with insulated metal panel installation and deck removal across multiple halls. Façade demolition and insulated metal panel installation progressed along the north elevation.
• MEP work also advanced with near-completion of underground plumbing. Sprinkler system installation continued above data hall areas.
• First slab-on-grade concrete placement was successfully completed with additional slab pours scheduled through March.
• Generator pad construction and curing operations were actively progressing.
• Structural and interior build-out activities will continue through March and April.
• The project is maintaining schedule progress while actively managing risks and safety.
