Lancaster City Council Approves Agreement with CTP

Lancaster City Council voted to approve an agreement with the developer of two AI data centers in the city to address some residents’ concerns. They laid out regulations that Chirisa Technology Parks would have to follow while building and operating the centers.

The agreement includes commitments for air quality, noise reduction, and water usage. It also establishes an economic development fund, with Chirisa Technology Parks committing $20 million.
